Until you arrive at the beach which is fantastic. Warm water, gentle waves and sunbeds - everything that Maracas isn't!. You do have to run the gauntlet of the restaurant hawkers who offer free bed/parasol provided you eat in their restaurant.
What is it with the penguin bins?
We thought the food at the beach was going to be crap but it was surprisingly good.
After lunch, cycled back to town for a last bit of shopping before heading back to the hotel to spend the afternoon at the pool.
This evening, walked into town for some cocktails before eating at the same restaurant we ate at on the first night.
The margaritas were the best we have had had on the whole trip:
And I made a lot of new best friends on this holiday. Here's one of them.
Ho Chi Minh City tomorrow for one night before the schlep back to London.
